I’ve been obsessed with podcasts lately. I LOVE going for a power walk / jog outside and putting one on – it’s more mentally stimulating than music for me and I love to hear what other people are up to or interested in at the moment.
There are podcasts about just about anything, but I’m loving:
- Missed in History – If you want to get smarter or learn how to speak more eloquently, listen to a little known story from history from these captivating ladies
- How I Built This from NPR – Entrepreneurs tell Guy Raz how they built a business from the ground up – super inspiring.
- The Balanced Blonde’s Soul on Fire – Jordan’s a yogi and health and wellness blogger that brings on guests who’ve set their soul on fire – from food bloggers to entrepreneurs to nutritionists
- The Holistic Nutritonists – Two fun-loving holistic nutrititionists from Australia will enlighten you on topics from weight loss to hromones
So when motivational speaker and author Gail Alofsin asked me to talk about health on her show Leadership at All Levels on WADK Newport, of course I said yes!
We talk Giselle and Tom Brady’s diet, my top tip for a healthy diet, how to stay motivated, why I left NYC and much more.
